Shipping

Shipping rules are placeholder content for now. A future version can define carriers, local pickup, handling times, tracking, and delivery estimates.

Returns

Because custom 3D prints are usually made to order, returns may depend on whether the item is standard inventory, damaged, misprinted, or custom-approved.

Custom order approvals

Custom work should include a clear quote and customer approval before printing. This helps confirm dimensions, colors, material, quantity, and expectations.

Damaged or incorrect items

A real policy should ask customers to contact PAC 3D quickly with photos and order details so the issue can be reviewed and corrected.
