FAQ

Answers for first-time 3D print customers.

A practical overview of ordering, custom requests, durability, and the placeholder status of this first PAC 3D website version.

Can I buy products through the website right now?+

Not yet. This first version includes placeholder checkout buttons only. Orders and payments should be connected after the business workflow is finalized.

What kinds of custom prints can PAC 3D help with?+

Good starter projects include tags, labels, brackets, spacers, organizers, signs, jigs, fixtures, prototypes, and replacement parts that are suitable for 3D printing.

What information should I include in a request?+

Include measurements, photos, quantity, intended use, color preference, strength or heat needs, and any deadline. A rough sketch is often enough to start a conversation.

Are 3D printed parts as strong as manufactured parts?+

Sometimes, but not always. Strength depends on design, material, orientation, temperature, and use case. Safety-critical parts should be reviewed carefully before printing.

Do you print customer-provided files?+

The site is set up to support that in the future. For now, the request flow can collect a reference link while file upload and quote handling are planned.
